Refund policy
All Sales are final. We accept returns or exchanges for product damaged in transit or if the incorrect item was shipped to you.
Refunds and Exchanges: To be eligible for a refund or exchange, you must first email info@yeautifulfaces.com within 30 days of the order date. Upon receipt of your email, we will respond promptly and accordingly and make sure your replacement is sent out. If a replacement item is not available, we will refund the full purchase price.
Our satisfaction is our number one priority. If my package was stolen can I get a refund or exchange.
For lost or stolen packages the customer is required to submit a claim directly with the courier and follow their guidelines.
USPS and Fedex recommend waiting 14 days before assuming a package is lost. After 14 days, please call the customer
service team of the courier.
